The hotel is beautiful and fairly spacious, featuring well-maintained pools and attentive staff who ensure a pleasant experience. The children's facilities are impressive, but the beach didn't quite meet expectations. a lovely stay where cleanliness stands out.

The family suite I booked offered stunning sea views, and the design suited us perfectly with the adjoining rooms. The pools were enormous, providing ample space to relax without feeling overcrowded. The kids' club kept my children entertained, filled with activities, and I appreciated the effort the staff put into engaging with them. Beach access was easy, with plenty of sunbeds available. breakfast was quite chaotic. Finding a table at peak times proved difficult, and the food quality seemed to have declined since my last visit. The restaurant variety felt overwhelming, and the seafood at Kaluga was disappointing. Communication with some staff members posed issues, as I struggled to convey my needs due to a language barrier. Room service waited an hour to get back to us about champagne pricing, which felt frustrating. I saw the potential for improvement, but the experience left us feeling unvalued at times. It’s a lovely hotel with great facilities but needs to fine-tune customer service and dining options.

The food was absolutely amazing! The breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were outstanding, and honestly couldn’t believe the quality for a buffet. I remember one dinner where they served this incredible grilled fish. I was blown away by how fresh it tasted. the hotel had this amazing water park that kept my kids entertained for hours. They learned to swim there, it was like watching them reach a milestone right in front of my eyes.

It wasn't exactly cheap but with all the amenities and service, still acceptable.
